Anne Brisland

After teaching Health and Physical Education at elementary and secondary levels for 34 years, primarily in the Waterloo Catholic District School Board, Anne continues to teach in the Faculties of Education at Wilfrid Laurier and Brock Universities and is an education instructor for the Ontario Health and Physical Association (OPHEA).  She is a graduate of the Laurier Master of Education program and curriculum writing and professional development for health and physical education teachers continues to be her research focus. She is passionate about promoting and empowering others to lead healthy active lives.
